Union of postal clerical workers (UPCW) was formed in 1960. The union recruits clerk officers, computer operators, machine operators or typists at Pos Malaysia Berhad as members.
The objectives of UPCW are to maintain the interests and welfare of members, to defend the rights and dignity of members, to uphold justice and righteousness and others.
In 2022, the President of UPCW Mohd Effendy bin Abdul Ghani was elected as the President of Malaysian Trades Union Congress (MTUC).
